great wine encyclopedias, spacious and luxurious bathroom, convenient partial refund policy
Looks like the design team forgot about comfort!!! A sloping wall behind the bed makes relaxing impossible, and how can a room lack a trash can? !!! Plus, the wifi is unbelievably poor!!!

Had a lovely stay, but those steep stairs were a real killer with my bags. The room was cozy, though, and the rain shower was the highlight for sure!

Comfortable stay with great service!
The staff were super friendly and helped us with our bags when we arrived. The room was cozy and had this nice air conditioning, which is a must in the summer heat. We also enjoyed some amazing tapas in the bar downstairs. Just a heads up, the stairs to our room were kinda steep, so keep that in mind!

Nice location close to everything. Our room was a bit too small for comfort, especially with the steep stairs.

This place was a great fit for our short stay in Amsterdam and good for the money. The kind staff let us store our luggage before check-in, which was really helpful. If you don’t mind the climb, it’s a nice spot near the city center.

our stay exceeded expectations thanks to the lively atmosphere and great room with a view of the bustling streets. the shower products were fantastic, and we loved that the staff helped us with our heavy bags on those steep stairs. watching the cyclists from our window added a charming touch to the experience.
the heating was inadequate.

A charming stay in a lively area surrounded by quaint shops and delicious dining options. The room was cozy with lovely decor and very clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the steep stairs were a challenge, and an abrupt check-in process left us feeling disorganized. A mix-up with the room key later added to the confusion, but the delicious homemade Belgian waffles at breakfast were a delightful highlight.

The decor in my room was simply delightful, featuring tasteful accents that felt like a warm hug after a day of sightseeing. The standing AC units were a lifesaver during the summer heat, making my stay extra comfy.
An elevator would make access easier for seniors.

good stay but room needs more charm
The location is perfect, just a short walk into town. The restaurant below offered an outstanding meal, even late at night, with excellent service. The shower products were lovely, and I enjoyed the unique partnership with a coffee shop that provided delicious coffee across the road.
The room felt a bit bland and could use more personalized decor.
